Include the marketplace order number and the format you downloaded. Missing files or parts are covered by the refund policy in our License Agreement within 7 days of purchase, and we would rather fix the file than process a refund - say which software you are opening it in and we will look at it.
Reference images, required dimensions, target format and intended use (real-time, offline render, 3D print) let us quote accurately the first time. Start at Custom Order if you would rather use a form.
The standard Royalty Free license already covers commercial use in games, film, advertising and visualization. Write to us if you need extended terms, exclusivity, or a bulk arrangement across many models - see also Data Licensing.
